Real Estate Experience(s): Ernesto has been the recipient of many professional sales and community service awards, having been honored by several communities in Santa Clara County for his philanthropic and civic contributions over many years. Professionally, he has been honored by the Santa Clara County Realtors Association, South County Realtors Association, Hispanic Association of Realtors and Associates, and Chambers of Commerce. He is also a member of the California Association of Realtors, the US National Association of Realtors, MLS Los Cabos, and AMPI, Asociacion Mexicana Profesionales Inmobiliaros.

Civically, he has been honored by the public schools, Chambers of Commerce, and several non-profit community organizations, having been named the Optimist of the Year by Optimist International and Heroes in Education by the community and California State Assembly.

Personal Interests and Passions: Enjoys swimming, golfing, reading, and has a very extensive wine and tequila collection.

Ernesto comes to Dream Homes of Cabo and Los Cabos from Northern California . His background is diverse and includes over 18 years in real estate, lending, and title insurance, all in Santa Clara County . His passion is to see the dreams of his clients unfold and become a reality, as they establish another home in this beautiful and breathtaking community along the Sea of Cortez and Pacific Ocean .

Ernesto researched and visited over ten communities in Baja California and on the mainland of Mexico before he and his wife, Lucy, chose Los Cabos as their new home. Asked what the deciding factor was in choosing Los Cabos, he replied, “When you arrive, you fall in love with the area, environment, and spectacular beauty; while you are here, you fall in love with the community and its people; and when you leave, you long for the time you will return.”

Once the decision was made on where to settle, Ernesto travelled several times over many months to Los Cabos to research prospective professional relationships with developers, real estate brokers, and beach resort developments. His decision to join Dream Homes of Cabo was, for the most part, based on the philosophy and client focus of its President, Paul Geisler. “When the company's priority is a full service and one stop approach to the customer's needs, coupled with a desire to attend to the customers interests while they are here, a relationship begins to unfold and the customer becomes a part of the Dream Homes of Cabo family”, Ernesto states.

Ernesto is married for over 32 years, has two grown daughters, and a Lhasa Apso, named Chula. He is a Vietnam Veteran, a USTA tennis player, enjoys swimming, golfing, reading, and has a very extensive wine and tequila collection. He says, “I am thrilled to be here, already involved in the community, and look forward to meeting my customers… always going beyond their expectations in quality service.”
