Professional Experience(s):Giovanni has over twenty seven years of entrepreneurial experience in real estate as a broker, syndication developer, mortgage banker, and hotelier. He was one of the first owners to purchase his unit at Villa La Estancia, in 2001. He has recently purchased a unit at the new Villa La Estancia development in Nuevo Vallarta. With the growing demand to vacation in both Cabo San Lucas and Puerto Vallarta, combined with the one of a kind luxury appeal of Villa La Estancia, it wasn't long before he realized the rental potential of his own three bedroom, ocean front villa; and knew it would soon be an exclusive vacation destination.

He created Cabo La Estancia in 2003, and Vallarta La Estancia in 2007.
